Twitter app for Microsoft zune HD

The Twitter app has eventually made its way in Microsoft's Zune HD, as guaranteed earlier. This Twitter App for Zune HD is available for free thru Zune Market. Yesterday, Microsoft released Bing App for iPhone OS platform and now, is getting in to the "App-Store" groove with it. Even the Facebook app should arrive shortly but no express date has been announced. All this excitement is limited for U.S.

Since here's where Zune HD is available. The Twitter app for Zune HD looks slick but includes an arrangement that it will not work in landscape. From those brief hands on by CNET's Donald Bell and Engadget's Nilay Patel, we suspect the Twitter app 1.0 for Zune HD is still extraordinarily beta basically. It suffers from lags, and will not be as fertile like the iPhone Apps like Tweetie or Echofon. With ordinary buttons for Tweets, touches on, Favorites and Direct Messages, this app also updates now playing track info with tap of single button.

Users can log-in and send-read Twitter updates thru their Wi-Fi connectionTwitter app for Zune HD blocks profanity and remind us of what Apple did with apps bearing profane content.

Also, as Bell indicated, Microsoft hasn't put in any adverts in the app. Since Zune HD is restricted to buyers in U.S, the update process might take a bit, considering the volume of shoppers actively using it. Many features and services support may be added. Those would be conditional on the users' demands. Had Microsoft launched Zune HD across the world it would have got more Twitter fans' love.
