Google soon to pickup the Yelp

Web search giant Google is in speaks to procure local enterprise review site, Yelp for at least five hundred million us dollars, asserts a media report. Attributing to folk with understanding of the deal, The NY Times reported Google is in purchase talks with Yelp.

Copy pasting article from Wiki

The Australian Taxation Office has been caught using slabs of info copied from the Wikipedia in an official document detailing changes to how personal equity firms treat asset sales. Parts of the ATO's "draft taxation determination" were lifted word for word from the user-generated encyclopedia, which some circles consider not to be trustworthy for first research thanks to the fact that almost anybody can edit articles.

Digg is a favourite user-submitted and controlled social reports web site. That sounds like a large amount of qualifiers but I am just making an attempt to be descriptive. I am huge fan of Digg and I also enjoy reading quite a bit about Google and Android.
